CMLL returned to Arena México in Mexico City on September 6, 2026, for another edition of Domingo Familiar, presenting a six-match card that mixed lightning matches, women’s action, multi-man bouts and a featured two-out-of-three falls main event.
The final match saw Volador Jr. join forces with Hijo del Villano III and Villano III Jr. to defeat the trio of Titán, Star Jr. and Neón. The victory gave the Volador Jr.-led side the final word on a card packed with CMLL’s established names, emerging talent and international visitors.
Elsewhere on the show, Fuerza Tapatía prevailed over Máquina de la Destrucción in an eight-man match, Maika and Mei Seira defeated Zeuxis and Keyra, and Bestias del Diablo won a two-out-of-three falls contest against Divinos Laguneros. The evening also included two lightning matches, with Ema Maishima defeating Hera and the team of Okumura and Shoma Kato getting past Eléctrico and Astral.
Volador Jr. and the Villanos Take the Main Event
Volador Jr., Hijo del Villano III and Villano III Jr. earned the main-event victory over Titán, Star Jr. and Neón in a match contested under the traditional two-out-of-three falls format. The six-man encounter brought together a wide range of CMLL’s current roster, from Volador Jr.’s veteran presence to the speed and athleticism associated with Titán, Star Jr. and Neón.

Fuerza Tapatía Wins Eight-Man Battle
Fuerza Tapatía, represented by Star Black, Fugaz, Gallo Jr. and Esfinge, defeated Máquina de la Destrucción in one of the card’s largest matches. Terrible, Elemental, Explosivo and Máquina Letal made up the opposing side.
The match placed four members of Fuerza Tapatía against a formidable collection of power-based opposition. Terrible has long been a major presence in CMLL’s rudo ranks, while Elemental, Explosivo and Máquina Letal added to the challenge presented by Máquina de la Destrucción. Still, the Fuerza Tapatía lineup secured the victory.
Star Black, Fugaz, Gallo Jr. and Esfinge each brought their own identity into the winning group, making the result an important collective success against a team built around intimidation and physicality. With eight wrestlers involved, the bout also underscored the depth that CMLL can feature on its weekly Arena México cards.
Maika and Mei Seira Defeat Zeuxis and Keyra
Women’s action saw Maika and Mei Seira defeat Reinas del Strong Style, the team of Zeuxis and Keyra. The match brought together a notable pairing in Maika and Mei Seira against a duo carrying the Strong Style name.
Zeuxis and Keyra entered as a team with a clearly defined collective identity, but Maika and Mei Seira came away with the win. The result adds a meaningful victory to Maika and Mei Seira’s evening and gave the card a significant women’s tag-team contest amid the men’s trios and multi-man action.

Bestias del Diablo—Akuma, Gemelo Diablo I and Gemelo Diablo II—defeated Divinos Laguneros in another match held under two-out-of-three falls rules. Blue Panther Jr., Dark Panther and Hijo de Blue Panther represented Divinos Laguneros.
The contest paired the Bestias del Diablo unit against a trio with the Blue Panther family connection at its center. Blue Panther Jr. and Hijo de Blue Panther were joined by Dark Panther, but Akuma and the Gemelo Diablo brothers were able to secure the result.
Because the match was contested over multiple falls, the winning trio had to outlast its opponents in a format deeply associated with lucha libre. Bestias del Diablo’s victory marked a significant success over a team that carries strong ties to one of CMLL’s most respected lucha families.
Akuma, Gemelo Diablo I and Gemelo Diablo II now leave the event with momentum from a victory in one of the show’s more substantial undercard matches. For Divinos Laguneros, the loss came despite a lineup that combined family legacy with a recognizable trios identity.
Lightning Match Results
The card opened with two lightning match contests, giving the event an immediate pace before the larger team matches took over the lineup.
In the first lightning match, Ema Maishima defeated Hera. The bout gave both wrestlers a featured singles opportunity within the time-limited lightning match environment, with Maishima ultimately earning the victory.
