Mustafa Ali’s TNA International Championship will be at the center of a fractured Order 4 when TNA Bound for Glory takes place. Following a chaotic collapse involving every major figure connected to the group, Santino Marella announced that Ali will defend the title against Jason Hotch, John Skyler and Special Agent Zero in a four-way match at TNA’s marquee event.

The announcement came after a volatile night on TNA Impact that saw former allies fight one another, competing loyalties come into focus, and the group’s internal issues finally erupt into open conflict. What had been a championship rivalry centered on Ali and Hotch has become a far more unpredictable situation, with three challengers now receiving an opportunity to leave Bound for Glory with the International Championship.

Order 4 rivalry reaches its breaking point

The conflict has been building from the moment Jason Hotch took the TNA International Championship away from Ali. That reign did not last, as Ali later regained the title, but the loss did not put an end to the tension between the two men. Instead, it created deeper cracks within the Order 4 structure and left the group’s members increasingly divided.

On this week’s Impact, Hotch and John Skyler reunited after Skyler’s own split from the group the previous week. They faced Ali and Special Agent Zero in tag team action, a match that immediately carried significance beyond the result. The teams reflected the shifting alliances around Order 4, but the conclusion showed just how unstable those alliances had become.

Ali and Zero earned the victory. Afterward, Ali attempted to use the moment to send a message, directing Zero to continue the punishment with a post-match attack. Zero, however, did not immediately follow the champion’s instruction. Instead, he acted only after Tasha Steelz issued the command.

That hesitation, and the fact that Zero responded to Steelz rather than Ali, clearly frustrated the TNA International Champion. Ali took issue with the situation, only for Zero to turn on him at Steelz’s direction. The scene made it clear that the unity of Order 4 had completely broken down.

Tasha Steelz and Special Agent Zero stand tall

By the end of the confrontation, Steelz and Zero were standing over the wreckage of the group. Hotch, Skyler, Ali and Mila Moore were all left laid out, with Zero treating Moore no differently than the other members caught in the aftermath. The visual was decisive: Steelz and Zero had separated themselves from the rest of Order 4, while the remaining figures were left with little reason to trust one another.

For Ali, the development is especially damaging. He remains champion, but he no longer appears to have control over the people who were once expected to support him. The champion’s effort to direct Zero after the match instead exposed that Zero’s allegiance lies elsewhere. Steelz’s authority became the defining factor in the segment, and her command led directly to Ali being dropped by one of the men now challenging him at Bound for Glory.

Hotch also enters the title match with a major point to prove. He has already demonstrated that he can defeat Ali for the International Championship, even though Ali ultimately reclaimed it. The title history between the two adds an important layer to the four-way, as Hotch is not simply pursuing his first breakthrough victory over the champion. He is trying to recapture a championship he previously held.

Skyler’s reunion with Hotch gives him a connection to one of the match’s central rivalries, but the Bound for Glory stipulation means every challenger will be competing for himself. Whatever partnership Hotch and Skyler displayed on Impact, the International Championship presents a prize only one man can possess. The same is true of Zero, whose new alignment with Steelz has made him one of the most dangerous and difficult-to-read entrants in the match.

Santino Marella makes the Bound for Glory match

The turmoil did not remain contained to the ring. In a backstage segment later in the show, Ali, Hotch, Skyler and Zero continued the fight. Officials eventually had to intervene, with Santino Marella and a group of TNA officials breaking up the brawl before the situation could escalate further.

Marella then delivered the decisive ruling: Ali will defend the TNA International Championship against Hotch, Skyler and Zero at Bound for Glory. The result is an Order 4 four-way match, even if the events of Impact indicated that Order 4 as it existed before may no longer be intact.

The announcement gives all four men a direct route to the championship while denying Ali the relative security of a one-on-one defense. In a four-way environment, the champion does not need to be pinned or submitted to lose his title. Hotch, Skyler or Zero can defeat any other participant and still become International Champion. That reality places Ali in a difficult position before the match even begins.

Ali’s problems are not limited to the mathematical disadvantage. He will also enter Bound for Glory against opponents with different motivations and different relationships to the group that once united them. Hotch has a personal championship grievance after trading the title with Ali. Skyler has already experienced a split from Order 4 and has since linked back up with Hotch. Zero has emerged as Steelz’s enforcer, and his attack on Ali showed he is willing to act against the reigning champion without hesitation when instructed.

A championship match without dependable alliances

Four-way title matches often create temporary partnerships, but the circumstances surrounding this one make any possible alliance uncertain. Hotch and Skyler have recently reunited, which could give them a tactical advantage during parts of the bout. Yet neither man can win the International Championship for the other. If an opportunity presents itself, their mutual interest could quickly give way to individual ambition.

Steelz and Zero appear more closely aligned following the events on Impact, but Ali’s response to Zero also showed why that pairing may be the most influential factor in the match. Steelz was able to direct Zero at a pivotal moment, and Zero’s actions immediately changed the balance of power. With Steelz in Zero’s corner, Ali, Hotch and Skyler must account for a challenger who has already shown he can impose himself physically on everyone involved.

Meanwhile, Ali cannot rely on the identity of “Order 4” to provide him with any kind of strategic comfort. The champion tried to exert authority after the tag match and was promptly rejected. His effort to maintain control became the spark for the final dissolution, leaving him isolated as he prepares for perhaps the most volatile defense of his current reign.

That loss of control may be as important as the title itself. Ali has regained the championship from Hotch and once again holds the belt going into Bound for Glory, but he has not restored order around him. Instead, the group’s collapse has produced three challengers, all of whom now have a chance to capitalize on the champion’s instability.

What is at stake at Bound for Glory

For Hotch, Bound for Glory is an opportunity to reclaim the TNA International Championship and validate his earlier victory over Ali. For Skyler, it is a chance to emerge from the fallout of his separation from Order 4 with the biggest prize available to anyone in this rivalry. For Zero, the match offers an opportunity to turn his decisive break from Ali into championship gold while continuing to operate under Steelz’s direction.

For Ali, the stakes are equally clear. Retaining the title would allow him to survive the implosion of the group and prove that he can remain champion without the structure that previously surrounded him. Losing it, however, would complete a dramatic reversal after a night in which his authority was challenged and his former allies turned against one another.

The TNA International Championship picture has therefore transformed from a dispute between a champion and a former titleholder into a four-man collision shaped by betrayal, fractured alliances and competing ambitions. At Bound for Glory, Ali, Hotch, Skyler and Special Agent Zero will meet in a match where Order 4’s past will be impossible to ignore, but where its future may be decided by whoever leaves with the championship.
