Bronson Reed has made his intentions clear following his return to WWE programming: Oba Femi is now firmly in his sights, and Reed believes he can take the powerhouse to a place no previous opponent has reached.
Reed returned from injury at WWE Sunday Night’s Main Event during the singles contest between Femi and Bron Breakker. Rather than allowing that matchup to play out without interference, Reed targeted Femi and reunited with Breakker, his fellow member of The Vision. The development immediately placed Reed back into one of Raw’s most physical ongoing conflicts and added another imposing threat to Femi’s path.
The following night on Raw, The Vision again ambushed Femi. The attack reinforced the group’s apparent focus on the former target, while also giving Reed an opportunity to make a strong visual statement after being away. By the end of the beatdown, Reed placed his foot on Femi’s back, but Femi brushed it off, showing that the assault did not break his resolve.
Now, Reed is looking ahead to what he believes could be a uniquely explosive matchup with Femi. Speaking about the prospect of working with him, Reed highlighted the size, intensity, and physicality that could define a clash between two of WWE’s most dominant big men.

“It’s very exciting. We’ve seen Oba Femi in matches with Brock Lesnar, which have been incredible, when you have these two massive guys hitting each other and doing some crazy stuff. But I still think I bring a different dynamic to what Brock Lesnar does. I’m a little bit more dangerous; I’m a little bit more gritty. I’m a bit more on the edge. You’re going to see some different things that you didn’t see in those matches with Brock Lesnar, and I’m going to push Oba Femi to his limits.”
Reed Sees A Different Type Of Heavyweight Fight
Reed’s comments do not diminish the scale of Femi’s previous encounters with Brock Lesnar. Instead, Reed presented himself as a distinctly different challenge. Reed’s language also suggests that he wants personal ownership of this rivalry. He spoke about what he could do with Femi and repeatedly emphasized the differences between himself and Lesnar. While his alliance with Breakker remains a central part of the current situation, Reed is clearly positioning a future match with Femi as an opportunity to establish his own standing.
That is a notable goal for an athlete returning from injury. Reed has already put himself back on the map through the Sunday Night’s Main Event interruption and the Raw ambush. A featured encounter with Femi would provide the next possible step, particularly if Reed can back up his claim that he brings a more dangerous dynamic than the opponents Femi has already faced.
Oba Femi’s Response Will Define The Next Phase
Femi has not been presented as someone easily overwhelmed by confrontations with elite powerhouses. Reed acknowledged that history when he referenced Femi’s matches with Lesnar. But a faction’s advantage can also create complications when individual members want to make their own statement. Reed’s comments place a spotlight on his desire to test Femi personally.

Still, Reed’s return angle, the follow-up attack on Raw, and his public assessment of the matchup all point toward a potentially significant collision if WWE moves in that direction.
